Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2025

1. Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. If the user fails to complete payment for three consecutive attempts, the subscription will be automatically considered cancelled and tokens / premium features access will be revoked immediately.

2. Cancellations via Us

If cancellation is initiated by us, the user's tokens will remain with them and the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Users who are not satisfied with the subscription benefits can cancel within 7 days of activation and request a refund by emailing sankalp@latencot.com. If at least 80% of the tokens remain unused, the full subscription fee will be refunded.

4. Refund Limitations

If a user does not cancel or request a refund within the first 7 days of the subscription, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

5. Charges

Currently, there are no fees for cancellations or refunds. However, we reserve the right to revise this policy in the future to include such charges.
